Thank you Rick Stansbury.

After a 1 point loss at Bama 4 weeks ago left the Bulldogs sitting at 3-6 , I never would have thought they could get back to the .500 mark. They proved me wrong winning 5 of their last 7 including a second half trouncing of Bama today.

I also believe this is the 5th SECW #1 seed won by MSU , the most by any SECW team since the conference split back in the early 90"s.

I hope this team finds a way to get in the NCAAT.

We have 17 Ws and an SEC record of 8-8 , but are playing much better now than the early and middle part of the season. My Bulldogs have lost 5 games by 4 points or less and in 4 of them they have had the ball at the end of the game with a chance to either tie or take the lead. It is tough to take that many close losses and still have a chance to get in.

I am excited about the future of this team though because 3 freshmen and 3 sophs are getting the bulk of the playing time on this team , and Charles Rhodes ( JR ) will be back next year along with a very good class coming in.

I think We will for sure be in the Big Tourney the next 2 years , I am just hoping they find a way to sneak in this year.

Lastly , congrats to your Gators for winning the SEC.

GO STATE! yea im with you, i want them to find a way to make the ncaat. the nit would be a step better than we did last year, so im just glad to see us improve like we did! next year for sure people better watch out for us!

yeeah! dawgs win the west! boy that game was fun today. we all got a little scared at the hump during that 12-2 run to start the second half.. but we cleaned up.. not giving bama a field goal in something like 12 minutes. 39-9 stretch during that time!

Miss. State better make some serious noise in Atlanta to have any shot at the big dance. Honestly, I don't think any team from the west is that deserving of a tournament bid. However, I'm for the SEC and I'm all for SEC teams getting bids....all accept Bama :)

I think We at least have to make the finals , and even that isn't a lock. We might have to win the whole thing.
