This is due large in part to the SEC west not getting a road win till like half way through the season. I think that 4 teams from the East will be in the SEC tourney and 1 or 2 from the West.

I agree.....I believe (obviously) the East teams will be Florida, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky. Then, I see two West teams getting in. Alabama will be one in all likelihood IMO. The second team from the West that makes the NCAAT will be the team that makes a decent run in the SEC Tournament and gets to 20 wins (probably winning two SEC Tournament games). All other teams from the SEC, with the exception of LSU and SC, will be playing in the NIT.

well, Bama and LSU were supposed to be the only two strong teams in the West from a prediction standpoint anyway so LSU is the only letdown from that and frankly MSU/Ole Miss exceeded expectations...........I think the four teams in the east at the top were supposed to be where they are w/the exception of Vandy, and thats not a complete surprise considering Vandy is at worst competitive year in and year out.............here's hoping we can get 6 teams in the tourny!
