thyself JUST how good Saban really is. Now i have no doubt that this guy has had some success but what did he do before LSU? One good year at Michigan St.
1995-1998 - From 1995 to 1998, Saban's Michigan State teams were consistently mediocre. They finished 6-5-1, 6-6, 7-5, and 6-6, respectively.
Plus we all know how the stint with the Dolphins went.
Overrated anyone?

State but because shit stains in my underwear are more important to me than you I won't

I don't know what that exactly that meant but all i was doing was commenting on the man's record. That sounded like a personal attack to me.

I know I shouldn't stoop so low to respond to this...but:
Tommy Tubberville:
Ole Miss
6-5
5-6
8-4
6-5
Auburn:
5-6
9-4
7-5
9-4
8-5 (nearly fired)
13-0
9-3
11-2
Maybe Auburn should have tried to fired him earlier?

Aza is one of those Bammers who just cannot tolerate criticism of the "Crapstone" no matter how justifiable. Truth is, Saban will definitely improve the football program for the Denny Chimers; I even think he will geaux down to the loveliest village on the plains and bust their bubble during his first year. But, he's in for some serious conflicts, too. Look for LSU to drub him in his own backyard, not because he's not a good football coach, but because he's shot off his mouth once too many times and has riled the Cajuns. Also, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida State, and probably Arkansas are going to score victories on Saban. And Ole Miss will definitely be trouble, and Vanderbilt, Houston, and Mississippi State are not gimmees for the Nickster.
Seaux, a 7-5 season is probable, but Saban will be hailed as the coach of the year in Bammerland because he will beat The Barn.

I'm sorry, Aza. My keyboard got ahead of my brain (again). You are definitely a man of reason and one of my favorite contributors to the various and sundry discussions in which we engage on these boards. Forgive me.
