Greg Studrawa from Bowling Green University has been hired to coach the offensive line at LSU. Studrawa has been at Bowling Green the last six years, four years as the offensive line coach and offensive coordinator, and the last two years as assistant head coach, offensive coordinator and offensive line coach. He also coached with Urban Meyers at Utah. In 2004, Studrawa was a Broyles nominee as one of the top assistant coaches in the nation. Bowling Green's offensive line only allowed 11 sacks all season in 2006 despite playing Wisconsin and Ohio State. Les Miles has hired two great coaches in Gary Crowton and Greg Studrawa to replace Jimbo Fisher and Stacy Searels. Here's an article on Studrawa (http://www.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/stories/011907abh.html), and here's his official bio (http://bgsufalcons.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/studrawa_greg00.html) on the Bowling Green website.
Strudrawa is an "in your face" coach, but really likes to work on developing players. He is said to be a good recruiter and has ties to the Ohio area, specifically Cleveland/Dayton. Miles has assembled a great coaching staff.
