What an inspiring performance by the Florida Gators! I can not be more proud of my SEC brothers right now. I'm not sure why, but I have never felt so great about a win that was not my own team's.

Alright time for me to say GO GATORS, so GO GATORS!!!!!!! I am actually in Phoenix this week, I didn't have a ticket to the game but I watched it a very popular bar in Phoenix ( I came on a business trip ). I flew over here from Memphis and the flight was loaded with Buckeyes, they were screaming there Ohio State chant (whatever they were saying) but I was wearing my Ole Miss shirt and doing the chomp, a few Gators fans picked me out from the bunch and knew that I was representing the SEC. I was at the bar through the whole game just about and was very proud of the Gators. The bar was also full of Buckeyes believe it or not, but I was pulling for the Gators all the way, I am very proud of the guys for representing the SEC, GREAT GAME GUYS!!!! By the media it seemed as though the only team playing was Ohio State but the Gators came out on top by a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG shot. I am a long way from home, but the Gators helped me feel like I was back in the SOUTH tonight!!!! Rock on Gators!!!!!

The SEC should be PROUD! Great game Gators! I truly love it when the national media has to eat crow. When Harvey first ran down Mr Heisman from behind, that is when the Suckeyes knew it wouldn't be their night! I enjoyed every minute of this game. Of course for all you Gators, that just means the Tide, Tigers x 2, Vols and Bulldogs are going to be working extra hard to knock you off the THRONE!! Go SEC. Again, kudos to the Gators! We are the best conference in the land.

Not only did the Gators bring home the hardware, but they also represented the SEC very well. A truly awe-inspiring performance. Congrats to the Gators for not only winning, but winning convincingly and SHUTTING UP all those Big 10 homers at ESPN. The sad part.....ESPN will still start out the 07 season by pimping OSU, Michigan and Notre Dame, after all three of these teams not only lost their bowl games, but got the living crap kicked out of them. Oh well, that's a rant for several months down the road. Great win Gators, mad props to ya!

Congrats to the Gators! That was a great win and I enjoyed watching you guys introduce OSU to the talent level in the SEC of 2006. Year in and out the SEC is tops, but this year especially I think the SEC is light years ahead of the others.

6 teams in the final top 25 (thats half of the conference)

HA, I guess it wasn't that bad, but being in Orlando surrounded by Gators friends who have been giving me crap about those blocked field goals made it tough for me! Go Gators!!! (ugggggh :glare: hahaha)

A little late but, hats off to all y'all Gators. That was beautiful. I guess they should've had a rematch between OSU/Mich, it would have been a much better matchup. Way to represent the SEC.

Jarvis Moss' comments on national TV = Priceless. If he would have said that on ESPN they would have pulled the plug.

Being a UT man it pains me to complement the Gators, but being National Champs in football and bball at the same time is impressive. Hats off.

I am proud to say that the Florida Gators laid an ass-whuppin of unpredicted proportions on the Buckeyes and I couldn't have been happier. The bobbleheads at ESPN were so quick to say that UF barely beat so and so, but it just shows the closing gap in talent at SEC schools.

OSU didn't know what hit them last night. While CUM deserves credit for his offense, Strong's defense was lights out and OSU couldn't figure out what the hell was going on with the Gator coverages.

They say you always save the best for last, so Gators and Gator-faithful, thank you for saving your best ass-whuppin of the year for OSU!!
