Tech's, Ball Ineligible for Bowl

I know this is not the SEC, but QB Reggie Ball from Ga Tach is ineligible for the Gator Bowl against W.V. I am guessing it is something to do with grades, have not heard everything its only on ESPNEWS. If it is grades, how can a 4 year starter end his career on this note? :brick:
