That's the chatter we're hearing in our camp...
I heard it is a grade issue, but nothing for sure yet. We'll see, I guess.

Actually, that could be bad news for the SEC. I'd just prefer for UF to beat the Nuts outright.

It will be funny when BMWparts(A USC poster here) hears about this.
The first thing he will say is"its drugs its drugs" "meyer lets people who fail drug tests play without suspension".
Just like he accused Jarvis Moss of.
Lets see what BMWparts has to say about this.lol

We don't have Marcus Thomas...so they wouldn't have an excuse anyway.

But as it has been pointed out, Thomas' replacement has been better anyway.

Harris rotating inside has been invaluable, but Thomas would still be the #1 DT on the roster if he was still around.

Was just saying that Florida has had a more than adequate replacement for him. The only replacement for Ginn is lining up on the otherwise of the ball: Harvin.

We've gone toe to toe with the best players on the field all year. I don't think the Browneyes are any better than LSU or Arkansas; with or without Ted Ginn, Jr. THE BEST PLAYERS ON THE FIELD PLAY IN THE SEC! :not_worth

HMMMM...thanks for the inside info GN...although, I think RFN could cover any WR in CFB.

He could, but that's exactly what we don't want: RFN in man = (at best) Joiner in cover one. That's the look I want to see if I'm the Nuts' OC.
Get Florida in the nickel, and throw against Lewis and McCollum with Gonzales and that other kid.
The reason RFN has been so effective this year is because he's been able to stalk the secondary. Locking him down when he's in man---and I'd do it with short curls and drag route to pull him out of the back third of the field--means there's much less help for the other DBs.
This will be one of the keys to the game. Can Strong and Mattison scheme aganist the spread not forcing RFN out of help?

Good points...and I agree, the best way to play RFN is to allow him to do what he does best, ERASE! He plays his best when the coaches allow him to "roam"...against Auburn, he was played in the deep zone and was largely ineffective because it kept him out of the short game. If Ginn is in fact out, it limits the Bucks deep game, Gonzales is a stud, but Smith and Nelson could neutralize his play.

Thats too bad. This will be quite a blow to OSU. But they will still beat UF.

Tressel will have Ginn in the game...I doubt he'll let a little thing like "grades" keep his star WR out of the game...;)

Texas will beat Iowa by 2-3 TDs...

Yeah Right!
Ted Ginn IS playing in the NC game. This rumor is not true. Tressel addressed it in his media luncheon last friday.
