Kenny O`neal from San francisco city college has say he is coming to the vols.i don`t know alot about him. he had 707 yards in 48 catches. He said tradition and playing time helped in his decision

The vols are also looking at his younger brother Kyler in Oakland.The younger brother has already had several offers from the big 12.

I think he had originally signed with FSU out of high school but had a little problem getting to class, if you know what I mean. I don't know that much about him either, but scout has him running a 4.26/40yd. and rivals has him at a 4.4/40yd., he's fast. This is a huge pickup, especially if Meachem decides to go.

Another huge pickup was Gerald Jones. He is the Gatorade player of the year in Oklahoma. He plays QB in HS but will probaly be a receiver at UT. He says Meachem is kinda like a big brother to him, so maybe he can talk him into staying one more year

We have a little momentum going here lately. We just need to hold onto the ones we have an add one of the big two (Donald, Berry) and we'll have a very strong class.

I agree. I think we have a good shot at both of these. Berry seems to really like Knoxville. He's already came up for three games on his own, and we are his last official visit. Donald, I'm a little worried about ND getting him, but I like our chances.

Not just trouble with class. He was arrested with the other guy kicked off the team for stealing a bunch of stuff from one of their teammates.

Juco's are always risky. Even the Hargrove players.

The 2 players kicked off the team for stealing from Lorenzo Booker were Fred Rouse and AJ Nicholson. Although it was the same year, O'Neal was kicked off the team for the old standard "conduct detrimental to the team".

So what is the state of behavior at Tennessee now? Fulmer and Co. got things under control finally?

Last year certainly woke him up. Still had a few off the field issues, but overall the discipline has improved, on and off the field.
