what do yall think so far with this basketball team, and how do you think we will do the rest of the year?

Honestly, with all this madness surrounding our football team I haven't been able to completely keep up with our team, much less any others. Will say this, from what little I have seen, the conference seems pretty deep this year. I'll make a point to check you guys out and let you know.

yall better look out cuz the Tide be hoopin this year for real........arguably the best starting lineup in the SEC w/Steele at point, Hendrix down, Davidson down, Gee at the #3, we've finally got some depth at point guard, two in fact, to relieve Steele, some depth down low, Yamene Coleman will be the next Jemario Davidson..............but really everybody needs to watch Alonzo Gee, he is going to blow up this year and steal all the headlines! We beat a good Xavier team to win a holiday tournament and so far......undefeated

im not lookin for us to be much this year, i hope we just find a way to make the ncaa tourny. but next year should be the year for us

The young bullpups are coming along nicely. We need to gel as a team and get some much needed team chemistry established. I'm impressed with them. If we get Gordon to slow down and quit making turnovers we have a chance to get to the second round of the NCAA and surprise a lot of folks. A healthy Rhodes would be a nice early Christmas present.

I have you guys picked to be pretty strong and im sticking to it. NCAA tourney? Yes definatley!
We gators need to get with it and support our own team. On the day we were selected to play for the NCG, we lost AT FLORIDA STATE!!! They stormed the courts! Come on Gators lets get with it!

I'll give them a mulligan for the embarassing performance vs f$u...Brewer out with mononucleosis, Noah and Humphrey suffering from the flu...and Horford stunk up the court with 4 points before fouling out...all that, and still the Gators were "in it" until the end. Hopefully, everybody will be "healthy" before Jan. and the SEC comes calling.

it might be awhile (several months) for brewer to be at full strength if he's got mono.

South Carolina doesnt start playing basketball ball until febuary....by then its too late.

For the ave guy you are absolutely correct...but for an athlete with the best medical care money can buy, I expect to see him on the court by mid Janurary...as long as he doesn't have any setbacks.
