Would Bama be better off moving on and hoping to land a better coach or keeping him and trying to turn things around?

I say keep him for at least another year. How quickly do people forget he has been improving this team since he started(in a really bad situation I might add) up until this year. How quickly do some people forget an 11-2 season that was topped off by shutting down the best offense in college football over the last 5 seasons? Bama did have some bad showings against pretty bad teams this year but they also hung in there with the big boys. Considering the players they lost off of last years team I would say that aside from the meltdown against MS. St. the Tide is right about where I figured they would be. I do agree that they have had some problems this year but certainly getting rid of the head coach who took em from being a bad team on probation to a New Year's Day bowl victory in a few short years isnt the best answer.

I believe they owe it to him for another year although he does have some assistants that he needs to let go and other issues to correct.

I believe they should keep him. Next year will be the first year that he will be coaching with all of his recruits and the first year that Alabama is completely out from under the penalties they have had to endure the last several years with scholarship limitations, etc. Give him next year, and if he doesn't produce at least an 8 or 9 win season, then start looking. He came into a situation that no one else wanted and has done a pretty decent job IMO. However, with that said, I am an "outsider" and I know the Bama faithful have high expectations. I just believe he deserves another year.

I hate it when fans cannibalize their coach. Nine times out of ten it isn't the coach's fault. I don't think it is here.

Give him at least another year. Besides, I've bet a sizable amount of my vCash on him staying. Ha-Ha

I say keep him. The man came into a rough situation and deserves another ten years. He'll punch into the endzone eventually, just needs time.

Keep him.

I say give him 2 more years and if things haven't improved, then kick him to the curb.
