This game is a lot more important for the SEC after the Ohio State vs. Michigan result.

Cal has the ball and just picked up a first down on 3rd and 8!!!

If the media REALLY wants a rematch though, wouldn't SoCal losing just help Michigan claim even moreso that they deserve a rematch?

Not trying to slight ARK or FLA in the least and I pray that I am wrong here, but since they want a rematch already, I really believe SoCal losing would likely just expedite that.

Holding Southern Cal to a fieldgoal was pretty big. If Cal is going to make any noise in this game they need to answer with points here.

Call winning at the half, despite Tedford's playcalling.

Other than that one TD drive, he's been ultra conservative. You can't make a living running Lynch out of the I-set against this defense.

Gotta be more creative than that, especially on the road.
