Wow. Another Big Blue Madness come and gone. Man oh man, did Morris look like a beast. He's trim alright, and he's nasty. I've already been saying he's gonna be the best big man in the SEC....and he looks to prove me right (yeah, yeah, blah blah, go somewhere else Noah and Davis backers....he'll shut 'em down this year) Looks like Scott Holsopple has been earning his paycheck w/these guys. Bobby Perry looked cut too.
The freshman looked great. Porter, Stevenson, Jasper, Meeks......man Jasper and Meeks are gonna be good ones for the Cats. Great recruits on Tubby's part.
Mr. Kyle Macy MCd the event....bring him back as an assistant or hell, he could be the next coach at UK after Tubby's gone. Hmmmmm....Macy, Travis Ford (UMass, EKU) or John Pelphrey (South Alabama)....those would be 3 ex-Cats we'd love to see on the staff.
Yeah, UK basketball is big. Huge. We had the Detroit Pistons announcer here at Rupp to do the intros....man that was TIGHT! Definitely an NBA caliber show out there. The big-screen video intros.....I can't wait til they're on YouTube. You can bet I'll have it on my myspace page asap.
My head is spinning here. Must be that "buzz" from getting my basketball fix. Not sure what else to say except, MAN IT'S TIME FOR BASKETBALL!!
