I realize this is not about an SEC school, but I have heard a rumbling among the USM benefactors that they have had enough of Jeff Bower and are willing to get the necessary funding to make a serious offer to Louisville's head coach Bobby Petrino. Apparently they want a coach that will take the Golden Eagles to the next level. I get the impression they are tired of the Liberty Bowl. Can anybody else shed a little light on this???

No kidding....Jurich will pay Petrino whatever he wants. Now to get Barnhart to just double that offer and bring Petrino east on I-64 :D
