I was so happy about MT I was going nutts at work and i bet I READ ALL I could. Then this mourning I got a email MY BEST FRIEND had died in a car wreck in atlanta. He just got a job in New York with Vh-1 . I feel so empty he watched all the Gator games with me and when he moved to New York he called me before the game and after. Now it to me goes up a new level I love football and talking about football with fans. I wish LSU luck but this one is for my lost Gator buddy!!!!!!!!

the bright side is you get to remember him every saturday.....hang in there dude. the pain will go away to a certain extent but the memories will not.

Thanks guys I have always love to get on SECTALK and vent. The SEC is the best I will always believe we will beat each other up but when it comes down to it we are all the same. I never went to Florida nor did I even go to college. My friend did and he would always tell me I was the crazys person he has ever seen about the Gators even more than some that go there. My Grandfather taught me about football and he loved the Gators . In my day Gallen Hall did no wrong!!! I wanted so bad in high school to play football but doctors would not clear me to play because of a missing part in my back they said to my family it was unsafe and I would be at a high risk to no walk again.So that is why I at times go nutts for my team. I will never forget the first NC for Florida I stayed up all night long flipping each channel to see all the replays I could. I always swore I would put a Gator flag on My Grandfathers grave cause he never saw them win it with me! (of couse he saw it up high :happy: )I did get to see the Gators win the NCAA with my friend and that was sweet Lsu and Gators in the final Four. So yall guys are right I was blessed to have the time with my friend but I really think it makes me that much hungry to see us finish this season right. Not only that I will also pray for for all my SEC family and MT I hope he can get pass this and not just for the Gators but his life. I'm sorry to hear about your friend and my thoughts and prayers are with you. I know how it feels to lose close friends. I was there when a close friend died and there was nothing I could do to save him. The pain you are feeling will subside then the cherished memories of your friend will always be there to bring you a smile.
