Am I crazy to be sort of nervous about the Wofford game? With all that has been happening off the field, and with our bad performance against UGA, I just have an uneasy feeling about tomorrow. Plus, Wofford runs that wingbone offense, something we haven't seen. I don't really think the team has overlooked Wofford, but with everything else that has been going on(personnel changes, etc) I haven't really heard much about Wofford. Wofford will be ready to play this weekend. Nothing would please them more than to come into WB and upset a Div I school on their own field....I just hope our players are ready to put all this stuff behind them and realize we still have a season of football to play....one game at a time.

I think since the team is still trying to establish itself it will play good. That and so many freshman are playing they also want to prove they deserve to be out there.

Sometimes controversy is good for the team. Heck, nothing else has made them want to play. I would not worry too much about Wofford. Just be thankful we have a team to play that we will be a big favorite during this ordeal. I think this will be a wake up call for the guys that have started and they will want to put out extra effort when they get in there. Hopefully this will make Blake realize how close he came to not being able to play anymore and settle down.

I agree with the above, SC doesn't really have any good footing underneith them right now, so to look past Wooford or disregard them would be very foolish....not impossible, but highly unlikely. The game with Wofford could help really iron out some of the wrinkles and give confidence to the offense. And like was posted, the freshmen will really want to show what they are capable of, and this game would be about the best chance they'd have. I'm thinking that despite the fact of the inexperience and the new QB, the Gamecocks will be looking to dominate outright, and try to make an offensive statement.....

Yeah, I'm going to be worried about a team that Coastal Carolina scored 41 points on last week.

Don't worry. It's all going to work out.

I disagree. This is college football, not college baseball.

It's okay for fans to overlook someone. It's not okay for teams to overlook someone. None of you should worry about Wofford. We will take care of business.

 Okay ya'll made me feel better....I'm a REALLY laid back person, but when we play I turn into a nervous wreck. I guess I need to look at the bright side and stop worrying about the bad things that could happen. Thanks
