Well two weeks into the season and the TIDE and that little school from Georgia(I mean Alabama) are tied atop the West.....!
BAMA displays fresh talent as Nitka Stover's first catch in a BAMA uniform goes for 36 yds. and sets up future ALL-AMERICAN PK Leigh Tiffin's clutch 47 yd. field goal that liftsvthe TIDE over a SENIOR LAIDEN VANDERBILT TEAM that will suprise many this year as Bobby Johnson's first recruiting class, displays raw talent great conditioning and a never quit attitude that will serve them well in later weeks.
As for the they Barn receives the COWPATTY TROPHY and team coupons for free meals at Mickey D's for their winning efforts over Mississippi State.
Look for BAMA to win next week as it steps out of conference to play ULM but .......expect those chicken nuggets and fries to slow the guys from poly tech as the guys from Baton Rouge travel to the ugliest little village on the plains looking for their first SEC win!!!

Okay, now you have reached troll status. Get the out of here, loser.
You have beat Hawaii and Vanderbilt by a combined 10 points.
We have beat stiffer competition (WSU and MSU) by a combined 60 points.
And you still talk trash. You can't be serious, therefore you are a troll.
Please refrain from using foul language... It would disappoint me having to ban an Auburn fan...

I find it funny that you sit in your mother's house on the edge of town....and still have the audacity to insult anyone.....
Next if you would like to continue your mouth....I got cell phone with number I'll be glad to give you...a house number and direction for you to right down or a car filled with gas.....either way is find with me.....no of which changes the fact that the barn has only beat WSU MSU and LSU is going to beat your team.....
just remember any of the above mentioned means of communication is fine with me...sweetheart!!

Now on to you Absolute.
You have two wins against teams that you should have beaten badly. Wow!
I shudder in fear.
Or is it!
The laughter that is making me shake like this?
As I see it right now. Your Ark. game is a toss up and then LSU, Georgia, Florida, Auburn and Tenn will be favored. I see you winning maybe one unless things change a great deal.

Ooooo internet tough guy! I'm shaking in my boots!
Of course I live with my mother. I'm 16. Did you not live with your parents at 16? Oh right, I forgot. Your father is a goat and your mother ran off with Bear Bryant's ghost.
But, even though I know you want to, let's not recollect on the past. Speaking of the present, is our bet still on? Because I know I'm up for it.

Dave,
I was at the game yesterday and I saw first hand all the things BAMA needs to improve on......and posted as such last night very late after returning from the game.
However, as a BAMA FANATIC and time to think things through I found the silver lining............for the TIDE!
1. That is the Best VANDY team in 10 years.....depth, confidence level, upgrade in talent....etc....their not great but (CUTLER excluded) best team in years...
2. BAMA did win a game that 2 years ago that would have certainly lost.....period! Shula and staff have proven that they have the ability to coach players at the half and win games from behind......and this time with fresh unproven talent!......
2a. If Air Force was game enough for UT then...that should tell you that Hawaii was with better athletes and coaching was no lay down against BAMA last week!
3.You might need to see a DR. because you seem to shake alot!

I didn't use any foul language in my post.
What gives?
What's the point of a board where trash talking isn't allowed? I mean, as long as no foul language is involved what's wrong with talking a lil' trash back and forth?

The best Vandy team in ten years?
I think a doctor's appointment is in order for you. Way to much kool-aid is my early prognosis...
Vandy will not be bowl eligible this year again. Hawaii will not be either. You beat one team with a winning record last year and you look to be
headed that way again unless you offense picks up some. So far, you haven't scored much on any team that even claims to play defense.
But the what the heck! Take another drink. Wild Mountain Berry is pretty good.
Air Force plays a offense nobody sees much of anymore and maybe just maybe Tenn. was caught looking ahead to next week. What was Bama looking at? Florida International? There goes the laughter again and the shakes associated with it.
We could say Fla. International will better then they have been in ten years and I could believe it. They were D-1AA back then...

Actually, it's Louisiana-Monroe this coming week(and I have to be in Tuscaloosa for that game :-/).
Eh, if I'm lucky I could see the greatest Upset in Alabama Football History.

As an outside observer I have to admit that a good deal of Alabama fans are a bit delusional. (Not all of you mind you, but specifically the one who started this thread) Those were not the two prettiest wins in school history. A win is a win, but there's a point where talking trash is a bit ridiculous. Based on the two games I've seen so far this season (Auburn vs. WSU and Alabama vs. Vandy), Alabama fans should very well "Fear the Thumb."

???????
SouthrnMiss 7-5
South Carolina 7-5
Florida 9-3
Texas Tech 9-3
I count four teams with winning records last year.

Your posts no longer seem to surprise me so I will not comment on how much you do not know this game. One thing that does surprise me is the fact that you obviously think Tuscaloosa is nicer than Auburn. The ugliest village on the plains??? Have you been to Auburn? Have you been to tuscaloosA?? Away from campus??? Sure Auburn has trailor parks(most of which are occupied by students) but I would take trailor parks over section 8 housing and government projects any day of the week.

A couple of things that I have learned already this year ....
1. Hawaii's QB is one of the best in the land as is their passing attack.
2. This edition of Vanderbilt football team is best they have had in the last ten years.
Things, I now look forward to.
1. The WarHawks are pretty good. Kansas only beat them by 2 and did you see the Alcorn score?
2. Florida International has really improved. Why do you think they moved to D-1A?

In all fairness after this post I will refrain from commenting on your post and this post will be formed as merely a question? Did you really say" Sure Aubarn is filled with trailor parks....most of which are occupied with students? I could try all day everyday and never come up with one that good and if I did I would have enough tact not to say it.......yes I've been to Aubarn....yes I frequent T-Town.....I wish you well...........RTR!!!!!!!!!

Just to argue this brief point (although most of this thread is silly)... Hawaii also plays an offense that SEC teams don't see that often. There weren't many Bama fans predicting a blowout of Hawaii... I picked it as our most worrysome trap game. A passing oriented offense not often seen in the Southeast facing off against a very young Alabama secondary.
Vandy is better than people are giving them credit for, and they always play Alabama like it's a rivarly game. Alabama isn't playing great football right now, but they are scraping by which I anticipated happening for our first few games anyhow.
It's not like we came out of the gates a house of fire last year either, struggling a bit with Middle Tennessee and falling behind to Southern Miss but we still managed a pretty successful season.
Alabama may well lose 4-5 games this year, but we will compete with everyone. I think we'll be 4-0 going into the Florida game this year with a team that is a good bit better than what was seen in the Hawaii/Vandy games.
