Going to watch a little hometown football tonight and then head to Columbia in the morning. I think I am going to tailgate with WB and yell "Cocks" all day and all night.
I am cautiously optimistic with a strong lean towards the optimistic side about tomorrow's game. The atmosphere is going to be incredible with a packed house and all the new fancy shmancy lights and scoreboard.
I am going to make a prediction here. When the game is over, USC will not have given up a touchdown in two games. We may even actually hold them scoreless. I do not think that UGA's offense will show us much more than MState. They are better than MState, but I really think that our Defense is the real deal. You are going to hear the name Brinkley all night long.
The question in my mind is the offense. Thind says that he knows he must step it up. I do not look for any long plays early. Hopefully our guys will be able to catch and run instead of run and catch. If Thind can step up, then we might open it up a bit.
Cory Boyd will break one. Syvelle will line up at QB at least twice. McKinley will have a break out game. Rice will catch his share and look to see him get his first TD.
Actually, it does not sound like I am cautious at all. I am cautious because of concerns with the O line. If they get it together, then LOOK OUT!
