What is up with Siblings attending the rival of their brother's university.

Jeff Capel (Duke)
Jason Capel (UNC)

Greg Paulus (Duke)
and now
Mike Paulus, new (UNC) commitment.

I mean they had to know how big of a rivalry it was did they not?

Aaron Sears (UT)

Kevin Sears (AU)

Well they used to be big rivals until the SEC screwed it up.

Auburn/Georgia is the oldest rivalry in Southern College football. I am just claiming as many Auburn folks would who know our history that The SEC East would have been a better fit for Auburn seeing as we had more natural rivals in the East. We have lost the AU/TN and AU/FL rivalries. We have actually played FL more than we have played AL. AL could have been our permanent non-division rivalry. How wild would it have been to see AU play UA two straight weeks ( The Iron Bowl and SECCG).

Deffinately wild, but I think Bama likes playing Tenn. every year...

restructure it like this.

West.
Alabama
Tennessee
Georgia
Arkansas
Vandy
Mississippi St.

East.
Auburn
Florida
LSU
Ole Miss
South Carolina
Kentucky

Alabama and Auburn
Georgia and Florida
Tennessee and LSU
Ole Miss and Mississippi St.
Kentucky and Vandy
Arkansas and South Carolina

So kill off the South's oldest rivalry? I don't think that would go over very well.

Who Auburn and Georgia

or North Carolina and Virginia (i think this is the oldest)

if you are talking about Auburn and Georgia then switch Georgia and LSU and we're done.

The reformation of the SEC is much more fun to talk about. Even if 90% of the suggestions are completely ridiculous. I think the SEC is fine the way it is organized now.

ok...

bama
tenn
lsu
ark
vandy
ole miss.

auburn
florida
uga
usc
kentucky
miss. st.

If we're going by traditional powerhouses...I don't wanna hear florida, auburn, uga, with up and coming USC...i mean just because you have spurrier doesn't mean you are up and coming, how long will he stick and when he decides to leave then what?

I could give the arguement that arkansas is up and coming as well...so we got 3 powerhouses in each division...two suckers..and 1 up and comers...make everyone happy..
