The "court" floor in Indianapolis has been purchased by the University of Florida to be installed at the O'Connell Center...pretty cool!

I heard it cost $70,000...small price to pay for that memorabilia! I would have donated extra for that!

I'll bet no other school has done that. Smart move, although a friend of mine by the name of Larry was wondering why the Gators didn't send that $70,000 floor to the starving pygmies in New Guinea. Larry, not being real bright, doesn't know that pygmies don't play basketball. Nuff said!

That's the same one GatorHunter. Moe and Curly were mad because she didn't have sisters. I wonder what that floor could sell for if you cut it into one-two foot lengths and sold it to fans? I'd pay $100 for one for a Gator buddy of mine. His wife would kill him if he got it for himself.

I just watched the National Championship celebration...the floor is already installed...it was a surprise for the players as well as the fans...the entire basketball court at the O'Dome was covered...when the players came out onto the stage, the covering was pulled away to reveal the Final Four court from Indy....really cool!

I do think that that is pretty cool. I also think cutting it up and selling it to fans is pretty cool, too. Congrats.

I would definately be bidding on a piece...but knowing that they'll be playing on it next season is even better....plus, I'll get to walk on it!!!
