UF giving up to many offensive rebounds...playing hard, though....if we could get a rebound we'd be up by 10 points!!! :brick:

How could that be? I thought the ACC was the elite basketball conference and the SEC was mediocre. How many ACC teams in the elite 8? I think none. The SEC is proving the critics wrong. Congratulations to LSU and to Florida. Now how about an all SEC final.

Great win Gators. Way to represent the SEC well. After all the talk before the tournament, I think it's hilarious the ACC and Big10 are sitting at home, while the SEC has 2 in the Elite 8. Keep it up.

Great win Gators. Congrats. LSU and Florida have done the SEC proud by getting to the Elite 8. Good luck LSU and UF in getting to the Final 4. I'm pulling for you.

I was holding my breath for the entire game! Crazy ending with Brewer's lucky put-up after the foul. Horford is clutch at the line. GT was tough and more athletic than I think people gave them credit for this year, though they only scored, I think, 2 FGs on that backdoor cut they use out of their Princeton offense. I'd like to see us contest a bit more from beyond the arc. They were 5/22 from 3-point land, and a better shooting-percentage team would have done us in. We can't play that 2-3 zone and expect teams to shoot poorly from the outside in order to protect the middle.

Now for last year's rematch against Villanova. Can't say I'm not worried. They looked fast and powerful the other night. I think we'll have to play our absolutely best game to beat them.

Now I'm praying for an all-SEC final: less-U vs. florida.

I must admit I'm very surprised both of these teams made it. Even though I'm not a fan of either school by any stretch, i offer my congrats to the fans of those schools. You should be very proud of your teams performance thus far. I'm loving the fact that there are NO MORE ACC teams in the tourney, that is the best part as far as i'm concerned.

Yes...GT was very athletic and experienced...they play a lot like USCocks. Nova will be tough, they can hit the 3 so we better be "man-man" most of the game....I am suprised that UF was able to beat GT at "their game"....ball control, low score...this team has heart...something many of the previous Gator teams lacked.
