Sounded like a very exciting day yesterday. Some interesting points I have read. 1. Blake has added weight and strength since last year. Predicted to have a great spring. 2. Thompson and Beecher had pretty dog gone good stats passing yesterday. 3. OJ Murdock made some beautiful circus type catches yesterday. 4. McKinnley caught everything in his zip code. 5. The thought of Boyd and Davis on the field at the same time some this year is very exciting to me. Spurrier should be able to open his offense up wide open full throttle this year.

Perhaps the most important thing about day one is the fact that I have read that you can already tell these players have bought into EVERYTHING involved with Spurrier and his system. The players look VERY physically fit, which is a product of the players actually attending off season workouts. Some of the guys who needed to add weight have, and some who needed to lose have done that as well. From what I have heard the players appeared to be having a great time yesterday, and ready to get down to business. Boyd looks great physically, and that is a good sign because I saw him in spring last year. Mark my words, people are going to hear that name a lot this season. The tailbacks AND fullbacks made some very nice catches out of the backfield yesterday also from what I have heard. Very important on short yardage situations when you have that extra weapon. Things seem off to a great start.

hey what time is practice starting today, is it really 4..cause that would suck considering most people don't get off work till 5 or so. Either way I'm going to get out there just want to make sure they will still be there when I do....
