I'm driving a REALLY NICE (i.e. paint falling off :)) 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4. It's technically green, though there's some nice big areas on the hood/roof where the paint is coming off that have a nice whitish outlining around them. hehe

I laugh, but I really do like my Jeep. I got this one in 1999 with 78,000 miles on it. As my luck would have it, the Express Oil Center next door to the used car lot had put the wrong oil filter on it... so it blew off a few days later and the engine burnt up. Luckily, we were able to get the Express Oil company to buy a new engine for it. So to make this long story short, my Jeep currently has 146,000 miles on it but only around 68,000 of those are on this engine.

I plan to get it painted and get a new windshield for it, and basically keep driving it until it won't run anymore. Even if I get something new, I'll likely still keep it as well. I don't have any pictures of it that I can think of, but will post some later. I can't take any right now as it is covered in a couple inches of snow. Hrmmm, but at least then you wouldn't see the lack of paint. :D

Mine's a 2004, sterling gray Z4. It's only got a 2.5 litre engine (not quite in the power league of yours, Chris), but "it's wound real tight" and can really fly on the highway and hunkers down real well on a curve. It's sporty and fun to drive.

I drive a '05 Ford Expedition (Eddie Bauer). I'm not real bright for doing it...not very cost effective. I get about 2 gallons per mile.

1998 Chevy S10, 4.3 litre V6. The thing will fly with that engine.

And I manage to get 17-20 MPG.

I just traded in my 02 Ranger Edge for a new 06 Nissan Titan with the 5.6 litre V8. That truck has a lot more umph behind it than my little truck did, as far as payments go I haven't even made the first one yet so in 60 months it will be mine. I have a 1992 Mitsubitsi 3000 Gt VR4. It is black with a garnet striip across the front with garnet pinstripes that have 'Go Cocks' in the pinstriping. This car was really ahead of its time. It has a v-6 twin turbo 300 hp engine with less than 100,000 miles. It has a manual 5 speed trans and a top speed of 170 MPH. It has all wheel drive and all wheel steering. It has a working spoiler system that at 45 mph the rear spoiler will come up and the front spoiler will go down, they will retract at 35 mph. A tour/sport package that changes the suspension to firm or road touring and with a click it will change the exhust system for a sportier sound.

Yes, the VR4 was sweet. My dad had one in pearl white and loved it. He purchased it instead of a Vette for insurance purposes. Now that my sister and I are off his insurance, he has his Vette now.

Well, just as I said before I really like my Jeep... today I hate it. :)

Went out to start it, and the darn thing won't start. It seems the battery has died at some point over the weekend.... likely due to it being kinda old anyhow mixed with the cold weather this weekend.

Took me three pitchers of hot water to get the snow/ice off the hood, and still took a massive amount of strength on the hood pull latch to pop it open. So I decided to work from home, but apparently so did everyone else so the VPN switch is full. Hrmm... maybe I like my Jeep after all. :p

As as shirt I saw on VROC says, "She's not a Hog. She's a KAW!"
I've been looking at a newer Vulcan or Suzuki Intruder 1400.

I'm an old pushrod guy myself. I love to tinker with them.

Three old mustangs. Two fox bodies, that have been modified, and 67 Fastback S-code car.

One old camaro. 94 LT1 car that still hasn't broken 70k miles.

One old Ranger 4x4. 66 K-code 289. Probably my favorite because it's just so offensive. Beat on it, never wash it and that solid lifter engine still makes the most wonderful noises.

Two aspects of redneck life I totally surrender to are automobiles that are too loud and too powerful, and firearms.
