Time for a major change in the women's basketball program

As a longtime fan of the women's program it is past due for a change. In order for the program to advance a new vision must be revealed. Sorry to say it but it's time for Susan to go and make room for someone else who can lead the program in the SEC and be successful. Any thoughts out there?
