Tubby's winning percentage at UK is -1% compared to the UK average in the last 75 years. Tubby winning percentage is actually LOWER than the average here. And his percentage will drop after this year.

Tubby is now going to have 4 ten loss seasons in the last seven years. His history and percentages say that we can expect a 10 loss season more years than not.

Tubby is close to setting a new record for the longest streak EVER without a final four in Kentucky.

Tubby's Kentucky teams have now lost 3 games in a row for the first time since probation?

Tubbys teams have flamed out early in the tournament to lower seeded teams every year since 98.

Tubbys teams have consistently played down to or below the level of the competition.

Tubby has had issues with many players including Michael Bradley, Rashaad Carruth, Desmond Allison, Jules Camara, Gerald Fitch, Rajon Rondo, Randolph Morris, Joe Crawford, Marvin Stone, Bernard Cote.

Tubby gave us Team Turmoil. And whatever you want to call this years team.

Tubby gave us a Junior class that includes Sheray Thomas, Bobby Perry, Orbzut, and Alleyne. He has consistently whiffed on the great talent and failed to develop talent that has come in.

Tubby started Saul at point guard when he had no business even playing for ANY SEC team. He then started recruiting other players on that same level.

Tubby's teams have set new records of offensive futility, and are struggling for 60 points per game right now.

Tubby's team lost to Vandy AT HOME, the first time we have done that EVER. 30-0 before that.

Tubby has coached us out of the top 25, and then two straight losses AFTER that.

This year under Tubby we may not even make the Tourny for the first time since probation. Something that seemed unthinkable when he took over.

Under Tubby we have went from being THE elite program in the country to very mediocre. The time is long past that Tubby should have been fired.

Looks like we'll have two new coaches in the east next year. Maybe Tubby will come to SC, but personally I want a young coach.

Stan Heath might be for sale on e-bay soon along with Tubby, if he doesn't get his team to learn how to play like their potential!

UK has taken a dramatic turn to mediocrity but take it from we South Carolina fans, the water's just fine down here...kinda like the rest of the mediocres in the college hoops world just peed in it. :o

Tubby was pretty successful early on in his UK stint, was he not? Odom's been mediocre since he arrived in Columbia so at least we don't have the high expectations to add salt to the wounds.

Curious Rip...who wouldn't you mind see taking over for the Tubb-ster if he is indeed shown the door?

I don't remember a whole lot of Nolan Richardson-led Razorback teams that didn't play up to their potential. What's he up to these days? I lost track of him after he went roughshod with the racial card and was told to leave....

Tubby can't do any better than Odum; he's having problems enough at Kentucky. It would take a magician to solve our woes here in b-ball. Our main problem is not the coaching, rather our lack of ability to lure any big-time recruits. I mean, where's the tradition?

Frank McGuire was a great coach, but his main forte was being able to mold and coach the great players he was lucky enough to bring here (with his NY connections) into cohesive units. When his friend and strong recruiter Buck (forget the last name) died, so did the recruiting pipeline, and even the great Frank McGuire was forced out "into pasture". It was indeed a sad time here for any of you old enough to remember it. :(

I know that there's no chance in heck we would bring Bobby Knight here, but just imagine having spurrier and knight at the same school. Now wouldnt that be cool?

I wouldn't want Bobby Knight. I have no respect for him, although he is a successful coach. With Spurrier, when he was at Florida, I respected him. I didn't like him when he was at Florida because he was so successful there, and he always beat the heck out of us. But I respected Spurrier because he ran a top notch, clean program. I told my Florida Gator friends back then that Spurrier was a heck of a coach, and I'd love to have him as my coach. Little did I know back then that it would eventually happen. Now, as for Bobby Knight, again I have no respect for him (although I think he's cleaned up his act some since he's been at Texas Tech), and wouldn't want him to step foot near our campus. Anyway, I agree that there's no chance he'd come here, although I'd have said the same thing about Spurrier a couple of years ago. That's just my $0.02 worth.

Tubby was successful early in his UK stint due to Pitino's players and using his offense the year they won the NC under Tubby.

As for coaches, Donovan, Capilari, Issel, Ford or even Pelphrey. All can recruit, all but Pelphrey have shown they can coach (Issel on the NBA level, wasn't outstanding but has the name that would help sell to recruits and could develop big men).

I'd take any of those personally. Donovan would be my top choice followed by a toss up with Issel and Capilari.

You haven't been near a UK fan lately.

I like Tubby. His genes give us some good, quality minutes and timely 3-pointers. But, my college advisor is a huge UK fan who threatened to give me an F for pointing out Randolph Morris' suspension to him back in the fall
