I didn't expect to beat a much improved Arkansas team to open SEC play.

Ark. was favored over MSU by 4.5 points.

I thought that was about right considering how young this MSU team is.

Props to Coach Stans , who just keeps on proving that he knows how to win.

Stansbury is a helluva coach. I wish he was coaching an SEC team 60 miles to the East of where he is now.

Thanks Ace....I'm a big Bulldog fan, mainly basketball. We got handled today. This could be a rough start with LSU coming to town and a road trip to Vandy. The schedule makers didn't do us any favors. But, to quote Richard Williams from a few years back, "This is January, a lot of basketball to be played".

I don't expect to beat a very good Vandy team in Nashville and that makes the LSU game at home VERY important.

Our team has a lot of talent but they are making a lot of mistakes. They have got to get better at defending and taking care of the ball if they have any chance of getting back in the NCAA tourney. Right now , I think we need 8 more wins to get in.

I think Sharpe is a Jackass. He had a great chance to be a leader on this MSU team and if he could have followed the rules , he would have gotten a lot of playing time.

Stans gave him more than enough chances and he just blew them all.

I hate that MSu wasted a scholly on this tool.

yea, we bama fans hated to lose him but in the end guess we're glad you guys got him! w/him and houston out does that leave you guys in a bind at any particular position? ya'll might be as bad off as the Tide right now
