Looks like JoePa and Penn State are up 7-0 against FSU. They're looking very good on Defense, exept, FSU is starting to step it up as well.
12:16 left to go in the 2nd quarter.
(And will they ever stop that damn Ohh oh oh-oh-oh? I'm pretty sure we don't play rocky top that much.)
This game is boring, fun to watch the PSU defense though....

I completely agree.

You do, hehe.
Though I suppose not too much this season.

Well, That should be expected. :D

Yeah, and now FSU is starting to look fired up. Their D held em to a 3 and out, and have the ball back. Under 3:00 to go in the half.
and Edit: Touchdown FSU. Wow, FSU just ripped off about a 70 yard run. 13-7 FSU :( (they missed the extra point) I think I'm for Penn St.

Looks like this post was a little premature. :) I think the game turned kind of exciting with FSU's punt return for a TD. The next FSU run really pumped up their side, looking like they would head in with a lead at the half.
For JoePa to call those timeouts with literally just seconds left in the half was brilliant, with that one last TD to suck the life back out of FSU before the half ended.

Turning into a good game at the half. I like both of these salty old coaches, but I have a feeling that BB will pull it out. He's mighty tough to beat in big games like this. And, no matter what people say about the Bowdens, I think they are a great family. While I'm not fond of any of their teams (FSU, Clemson), I like them as people.

I have yet to see a drive in this half that Penn State hasn't started within the 20, if not the 10. Special teams seems to be the key here, and I think FSU is winning that battle.

Lol. This has been anything but a boring game. Tied at 16-16, with Penn St attempting, but missing, a game winning FG. It looks like we're going to OT.
2 missed FG's in OT, not a bad finish, it was just hard to watch through the regular 4 quarters....
I guess now it's elevated to a classic, maybe a top 10 of all time? If you consider the overtimes, and prob the last matchup of Bowden-Paterno (712 wins, we won't see that again)..., what do you guys think??
My question now that PSU has won 26-23 and Bowden and Paterno were standing together afterwards, can the national title game top this?? I'd say no, unless it comes down to an overtime and Texas upsets SoCal, if you watched this game like I did, you'll be able to tell your kids you stayed up till 1AM to watch the 2 greatest college coaches of all time face against each other for the last time (although hell, they could meet next year for all we know.....) Also, can anyone remember a better bowl season ever? In my 22 and 3/4 years I cannot.............

I only wish I could have watched it on TV. Gametracker is just not the same. I was pulling for FSU but I am happy with the outcome either way. A triple OT should be an instant classic. I will, however, be watching the game tomorrow night in its entirety if it is close. If it is a blowout, I am coming on in to work.
