I'll give clemson credit...they played well. However, I don't think it took a powerhouse to beat Colorado....they didn't look good at all. They were WAY too late putting in that 3rd string QB. I think clemson should have beat them worse than they did.

Clemson's not an offensive juggernaut. They win with defense. They are a solid team, which I think only makes us(c) look better for having played them so well. Remember those 2 overtime losses earlier in the season to Miami and (was it Boston College)?

True that. I'm with you and homeboy. I won't congrat clempson on nothing. Farmers shouldn't be congratulated. Only person I like on that entire team is James Davis, we should've gotten him.

Anyway, I don't concern myself with Clemson like many of fellow Gamecock faithful. Just congratulating them on a win for the state of South Carolina.

Any true Gamecock fan should be ashamed to not be a sportsman. That is what Spurrier asked Carolina fans to do, and that is what I'm doing. He has been very successful at changing culture, and building a winner. I think I will take his lead, not those who are jealous of a mediocre Clemson team thank you.

Clemson is anything but mediocre. They'll probably be in the top 20 when it's all said and done.

I personally consider 7-4 overall and 4-4 in conference mediocre, especially considering who a couple of the losses were at the hands of.

I hear ya on that one GT, me and the Clemson guys were aggravating each other at work and started talking about it. They were trying to tell me how important it was for us to get a win against them. My reply was "okay so you beat us, does that make up for losing to GT, WF, and BC. We can hold our heads high because we beat UF, UT, and came within an eyelash of a berth in the SECCG."

Amen brotha. I worry about them one time a year, for about 3-4 hours. ;) :p

So, does that make us less than mediocre, or our conference as a whole this year?
