Me too. Quinn should have been invited at least IMO.

I agree he's been deserving this year, but he picked the wrong year to have his wonderufl season.... not even the slightest chance voters would have put him anywhere near the other 3.

Don't they usually take about 5?

He will be the front runner next year!

Auburn vs Notre Dame for all the marbles

Not if Vince Young comes back.

Unless Vince Young comes back.

I was thinking the same thing at roughly the same time. :) :D

I think it just varies each year based on who stands a chance at it. I don't think there's a set number or anything.

As for Quinn vs Young next year, I'm just not expecting back-to-back great seasons from Vince Young or even from Texas for that matter. It looks like ND should be pretty well set to have another great season next year, and I think another off-season of working with Weis will have Quinn in the front spot for the Heisman next year.

The build up to the Rose Bowl just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The Heisman Presentation will obviously do nothing but add to that.

Reggie Bush and Matt Leinart vs. Vince Young.

Hook em' Horns!

That is really very telling.

Makes sense with the way the national championship is run these days...the media picks a few players/teams in the beginning of the season and its theirs to lose.
