Beautiful. Yeah, ESPN is getting downright unwatchable. It's like MTV & Paris Hilton came over and took advantage of the sports network we used to love and infected it with over-commercialized drivel dipped in random stupidity before throwing it in a pit of pure WHY??

Keep going to games people. Keep tailgating and keep listening to local sports radio. As one of the people mentioned in the replies (sorta), it's like ESPN has the Wal-Mart of sports coverage. But I'll also keep watching.....in doses. :)

So true in sooooo many different ways. The Lou Holtz bit had me in tears. Thanks for the post on that one it is making it thru my office now LOL.

EDSBS is one of my favorite blogs because of good articles like these, how could they not list Dan Shanoff, Skip Bayless, Woody Paige, ESPN Hollywood(although Thea Andrews is hot, but get A.C. Slater off the air!!!!). I only watch PTI, College Gameday, and live sporting events now, and I use to watch it 24/7 it's terrible!!!!

My only complaint...I don't need 52 reasons to hate ESPN. The fact that they hired an a$$monkey like Lou Holtz is enough.
