Derek Watson re-appears

Tuesday is the players’ day off, but the Bucs’ personnel department was busy making moves, signing RB Derek Watson to the active roster and bringing K Todd France back to join the practice squad
A former standout at South Carolina and South Carolina State, Watson first entered the league as an undrafted free agent with New England in 2003. He ran for 121 yards on 37 carries for the Buccaneers during the 2005 preseason.

I thought his only career move came behind steel bars.

Grats to Watson. I know he worked hard to get on the Buc's active roster. Hopefully, he can stay out of trouble and not embarrass himself or those of us that supported him when he played at USC.....again.

loved watching him run at wb. sad to see anyone with those skills take it for granted. maybe he's learned from past mistakes. he wants to play ball and I am looking forward to see him this sunday running back kickoffs!!!!

Summers is now training with the same trainer that prepared Watson. Hopefully, the same chain of events pans out.
