Well, if nothing else, you know where this guy stands on the issue. He has an over-inflated opinion of the ACC and is way off base concerning the SEC but it will sell papers in Atlanta. RTR

This guy is a huge a-hole who I guess hasn’t looked at our conference standings, I have.
VT: 8-0 Ala: 8-0
FSU: 7-1 Geo: 7-1
Miami: 6-1 LSU 6-1
BC: 6-2 Aub: 6-2
GT: 5-2 Fla: 6-2
Mary: 4-4 SC: 5-3
Clem: 4-4 Vandy: 4-4
Vir: 4-3 Tenn: 3-4

As for the patsies the ACC scheduled, here are a few. 4 different ACC teams scheduled Temple, FSU-Citadel, BC-Army/Ball St., Mary-Navy, VT-Ohio/Marshall, Miami-USF, Virg-West. Mich.

It seems obvious to me what conference this poontang pulls for.

Bama VT - have to give it to VT but i think we could keep it close for an upset
Georgia FSU - puhleaze...Georgia
LSU Miami - as much as i hate to say it, LSU by a lot
Barn BC - also not even close, Barn
Florida GT - i see a pattern emerging.
SC Mary - this one could be close but i don't see it. SC has finally clicked this season
Vandy Clemson - another close one but i'd have to go with clemson
Tenn Vir - tenn is one of the most talented teams in the nation, they just don't show it.

“The SEC is going to win a bunch, but it’s not going to dominate Michigan and Texas and Notre Dame, not like it used to. It’s a conference [the SEC] that has lost its luster, and I don’t see how anybody could even begin to argue that point.”

This guy is an idiot.

Last time Tennessee played Michigan, they dropped 45 orange colored points on the annually overhyped Wolverines.

Didn't Arkansas, who is usually a middle pack SEC team, beat Texas recently? How many National Championships, or for that matter BIG 12 championships has Texas won recently?

As for Notre Dame, we will find out this weekend. The wheels on the bandwagon are about to broken....

What pisses is me off, is they are all saying the SEC is not any good cause the teams are not putting up big scoring numbers like Texas and USC are doing. Has this jackass ever heard of DEFENSE????? The SEC has what like 7 teams ranked in the top 30 for Defense, its kinda hard to score alot of points when you play teams like that week in and out.. Speaking of jackass I would like to nominate Mr. Terrance Jones for jackass of the week, we may not be as strong offensive wise as we have been in the past, but there is no way as a confrence whole we are overrated.

playing devil's advocate, the reason we are the best defensive conference is because a lot of offenses are just ineffective.

response: I bet tn scores more than just 3 points against a notre dame and still doesnt look good as an offense, but look a lot better against a non defensive team.
