unior Rebel MLB Patrick Willis was named today as one of 12 finalists for the Bednardik Award, which goes to the College Defensive Player of the Year.
Other finalists are: Louisville DE Elvis Dumervil, Iowa LB Chad Greenway, Texas LB Aaron Harris, UCLA LB Spencer Havner, Ohio State LB A.J. Hawk, Maryland LB D'Qwell Jackson, BC DE Mathias Kiwanuke, Northwestern LB Tim McGarigle, Florida State LB A.J. Nicholson, Penn State LB Paul Posluszny, and Alabama LB DeMeco Ryans.
P-Willie and Posluszny are the only juniors on the list. The other 10 are seniors.
