WTF happened to auburn

this sure wasn't the team we played in years past. ya'll started the game with class, played with class and integrity, and left humbly when the game was over.

i hope none of our fans pissed on you.

On a serious note, both Auburn and LSU players showed good sportsmanship throughout. I saw them talking to each other, didn't see fights, and it was a clean game. I also like when I see them helping each other up. It was also an exciting game, even though I wish the outcome had been a lil different!

I was very impressed with the Auburn fans last year after they handed us that 24-6 @ss whipping. That was a side of them I am not used to seeing. I always remembered them for things like the water hosing incident.

its not the fans that frustrate me.

its the stomping on the eye
the coach leading them to smoke cigars on the eye
the purposful personal fouls behind the ref's back
the SUPER late hits
etc etc

My husband and I were at that game. He had on his GA gear and I had on my AU gear. He was impressed that most of the fans were nice and in control. Only 2 people said something ugly about GA throughout the entire night and they were both rip roaring drunk. No one said anything ugly to my husband. I am glad that they didn't because Auburn fan or not, if someone had said something like that to my husband, I would have gone off...and that is NOT a pretty sight! :cool:
