Joe Torre considered resigning last week, then decided during a meeting with owner George Steinbrenner to return next season as manager of the New York Yankees.

HELL YEAH. Thank you god, for bringing Torre back to manage the yanks in 2006!!!!! He is the greatest postseason baseball coach in history. That would be awesome in the Yanks can get Lee Mazzone, the pitching coach from the Braves.
