"FSU's Athletes are Accomplished Students First and Foremost

For the fifth-straight year Florida State ranked second only behind Duke
for the number of student-athletes making the Atlantic Coast Conference
Honor Roll. That's an outstanding 38% of FSU's student-athlete
population-170 Seminole men and women earned the required 3.0 grade
point average.

Better than half of Florida State’s sports teams (8 of 17) ranked either
first, second or third in team grade point average."

Yeah something tells me that if you put the FSU student athletes in a classroom at Duke the vast majority would end up with a C- or below, with many probably failing. This point is proven by the fact that an FSU booster thinks that 8/17 is greater than 1/2.

LOL, it took me a second to think about the 8/17 thing. Math is NOT my subject! I teach 2nd grade math, so that is what my brain is consumed with!
