Yeah, I'm pretty sure that pretty much every police department (city, county, university, whatever) have links to sex registration info on their sites nowadays. It's a requirement pretty much anywhere for sex offenders to register in their community, so it's not unusual at all.

Yeah, this is called the Cleary Declaration. Jean Cleary was a coed at Lehigh University who was raped and murdered in her dorm. It turned out that Lehigh had been aware that there was potential for violent crime, but never disclosed it. Her parents sued but used the money to put together a foundation that lobbied congress for laws that force such disclosure. You should be able to find similar pages on every University website.

yea I went back and saw a UPD convention page that had all universities listed .. and they all had it in one form or another .. but that one just jumped out at me . I never noticed it before then
