What do you expect? Most schools who have had top 15 programs in the past, yearn to be back there. Slocum left the cubbord bare. Fans are not patient. They are ready to cut rope after a game, instead of letting the season play out. If Shula's teams were to lose 5 games this year, there would be call for the firing of somebody on the staff. The fire Randy Sanders movement is happening with alot of the most vocal fans in Tennessee, because of the lack of offense this season.

Now, if Fran gets to feel some real heat under his seat this year, then it is fine by me. It was nice to get an easy victory in the Cotton Bowl last year, but he does not impress me.

I would not say that Slocum left the cupboard completely bare. His last team finished 6-6 and he handed fraud a top 10 recruiting class. RTR
