I disagree with her on this but I do understand. Judges are human and their personal convictions will come into play when they make their rulings. Also Roberts is a very smart man so why wouldn't he say exactly what he's been saying? It's the sure fire way to make sure he ends up on the bench.

You can clearly see his real intentions. Obviously, he was transporting his own merchandise in an effort to open a beer stand and make money so that he could buy water, etc... at the nearby Wal-Mart. Knowing there would be no one there, he would then deposit his well-earned money safely near a register for whatever merchandise he picked-up. The money left-over would go toward the taxes owed for earnings he made from the beer stand. This beer, of course, came from his warehouse and was not stolen. You guys are racists!!!!
