Can't beat the deals & warranties on the new Hyundai's

I bought 2 new ones last year:
Silver Elantra GT 5dr & a Black Santa Fe both loaded out.

Friends of mine bought a Tiburon and a Tuscon

No problems with any of em. Highly reccomended.

I have a 2005 Trailblazer LT. It has everything on it. It is black which is sharp when it is actually clean...lol. I wish I still had my old Blazer along with my old car payment. I have the buyer's regret blues.

Hubby has a 2005 Silverado work truck. I like his car payment much better...his boss pays for it :) .

After painstaking investigations into the well-known compensatory relationship between penis size and automobile, researchers have come up with an equation that explains the phenomenon.

P = E x S / (O x (V/100))

Where:

P = Penis Size
E = Engine Displacement
S = Top Speed
O = Obviousness
V/100 = inverse Value for Money

For those not familiar with structural equation modeling, proxy variables, and canonical correlations, researchers explain it this way.

"There is an inverse relationship between both brains and penis size when compared to the amount of money spent on a car and the amount of noise it makes in the driveway."

The authors could not be reached for comment as they were waiting their turn for a test drive of the new super-charged Hummer 6.0 Roadster.

Have not done any engine work as of yet, except for a CAI. Pushing about 200 HP out of her right now but got big plans for her in about a years time. Sounds like you got a never fast nice ride on your hands. You need to try to make it to the NOPIs here in Bristol next year. They have street fights every Tuesday and Thursday nights so that people will not drag on the streets. Loads of fun and if you like Mustangs they are all over the place. The craziest one yet was a Miata that was running the Quarter around 10 secs. :eek:

Hmmm, that must be why I spent WAYYYY to much on my car...'cause I don't have one of those things at all! Could it be penis envy? lol

I have a 2005 Chevy Impala (company car) with the all the best features: XM radio (though I wish it were Sirrius), free gas, free oil changes/maintenance, free insurance..they even pay for my car washes. The best part is they force me to turn it in for a new one when it hits 2 years or 85,000 miles.

My last Impala (2002) had just over 72,000 on it and they sold it to me last year for a little over $3,500. I had to turn the gas card for that car in though... :sad: Oh well, I try to make it a habit not to look a gift horse in the mouth, especially when gas is going to be in the $4-5 range in the months to come.

Oh, the car I drove before i got this job? lol, it was a 1998 Mitsubishi Galant that I strongly suspect was a reconditioned job from one that was totaled before. :D It got me from A to B and that's all I really ask of my vehicles....they're more of a money-drain to me.

I'd rather spend all that extra money on golf, but that's just me. :D

Just looking at the raw figures above, I would say you're pushing roughly 260 HP. :cool:

One thing though,

15 psi boost on an Acura is dangerous. Those engines can't handle that much boost. I have a feeling you're gonna be replacing an engine soon. :eek: On my Maxima, the boost is set for 12 psi.

11's? I think that may be stretching it. My Maxima has a NOS fogger kit and is a twin turbo. With all of that, I'm running the 1/4 mile in 11. :cool:

My last car was a '95 Maxima, purchased in '95. I trade one in roughly every decade.
