I know there's a handful of hockey fans here, and others who may keep up with it enough to be interested...
Just as a reference, Chris (owner of SECtalk) also runs/owns Aximsite which is a community for Dell Axim Pocket PCs. I opened up a Fantasy Hockey League for the interested members at Aximsite, but the turnout was not that great compared to the one we had a couple years ago. I thought I'd open it up here as well, for anyone who might be interested in filling up the remaining spots. It's currently set to 16 teams max, but I'll likely lower that soon if the interest isn't any better than this. There are currently 7 teams registered for the league.
If you're interested, please sign up using the following instructions:
1) Go to the Yahoo Fantasy Hockey League (http://hockey.fantasysports.yahoo.com/hockey) homepage
2) Click the "Sign Up Now" button near the top of the page
3) Sign into your Yahoo account or Register if you don't have one
4) Click the "Join Existing Custom or Public Leagues" link
5) Click the "Join a Custom League" link
6) Enter League ID: 35816
7) Enter Password: signmeup
8) Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to create your team
Here are the main details of the league:
League Name: Aximsite Hockey League
League Type: Head-to-Head
Draft Type: Live Draft (auto-picks if you can't make it)
Draft Time: Sat Oct 1, 2005 - 7:00pm CDT
