Tebow Headed To The Swamp

QB Tim Tebow (6-3 225) plans to make an unofficial visit to Florida this Saturday for the Gators game against Tennessee. This will be his third unofficial visit for a game this season. He has also been to Clemson and Florida State. Tebow said he has not scheduled any other unofficial visits for the purpose of seeing games. "We're just taking it a week at a time," he said. Tebow is focusing on Clemson, Florida, Miami, Florida State, Southern Cal, Alabama, Michigan, LSU and Iowa with no individual favorite. Tebow said he continues to talk to Clemson recruiter Dabo Swinney and he believes the Tigers plan to stay in the recruiting battle for him.

Because Clemson coaches lie and make all sorts of false promises to kids regarding PT and then when they get on campus, they realize what a mistake they've made...

I mean the other schools on his list have tradition and are programs on the rise and then there is Clemson. ;)

Yea, but I heard they weren't crazy about Urban Meyer because he cursed a lot or something. Not saying its true, but its whats being said. I understand he would go there because he's a fan, but they're loaded at qb for years to come.

AU already got a stud QB commit this year. He aint comin to the plains so FSU or Meechigan PLEASE!!!

That's a bad rumor according to people who say they have "sources" in the situation. The kid was at our fan day back a couple months ago to speak to former players. He's been to Florida for a few unofficials and will make another to the UT game this weeked....He's a Gator... :cool: (which by the way will bring WR Jamal Hornsby and QB/destined to be a GREAT H-bcak for Meyer Jarred Fayson with him!!!)

I disagree. I'd rather any top notch recruit pick an SEC school (even if it's not my Gamecocks), rather than go to a non-SEC school (such as FSU, Michigan or Clemson). That just makes the SEC that much of a better conference, and helps all the teams in the SEC with recruiting in the future.

He probably wants to go to chumpson cause whitefag is leaving and if he goes there he gonna be the starter. Stupid Loser is all I can say if he picks chumpson.

Yes. Tebow's dad already confirmed that this was a senseless, unsubstantiated rumor....live on Rivals Radio.
