AU vs. Ball State

Just thought i'd start the official thread for all the pre-game talk. i think it's gonna be a close one. ball state has a stout defense and a passing game that manages to find the 20 yard spots in the zone just like ASU. Hopefully our crappy running backs will learn to hit the hole hard. If we don't score more than 7 expect this one to be close. tre smith sucks, put in carl stewart, kenny irons, or brad lester. hell, put in the backup safety tristian davis, who played rb in spring when tre was hurt.

I totally agree that Tre Smith has been a major bust so far. He didn't see the ball much after his latest screw up when they were backed up on thier own goal line. Hard to believe this is the same guy who as a Freshman ran all over Bama. He stutters around back thier now. He's missed several blocking assignments and made bad decisions on punt returns also. AU has 3 other backs that have all out preformed Smith. Brad Lester looked great on that last drive of the game Saturday.

Just snagged me some club level seats for this one. Taking the kids for the first time. Parking pass up front, free food and drink, shaded seating etc.....they will be spoiled for sure after this. :cool:
