Matchups:
QB - (GT) Cox has more potential but Ball gets the edge for game experience.
RB - (Even)
WR - (AU)
OL - (AU)
DL - (AU)
LB - (AU)
DB - (Even)
K - (AU)
P - (AU)

Intangables - (AU) The jungle, revenge, & coaching

With 7 returning starters, the tigers defense has the talent and experience to equal last years squad which was #1 in scoring D. Special teams are solid and could prove to be a big advantage against oppenents with good D. A deep talented OL along with one of the best group of recievers in the nation will enable the new faces in the backfield to impress early.

Prediction: AU 20 - GT 13

Not sure how you get that Auburn is better in all def. categories, but Tech will have one of, if not the best, defenses in the nation again this year. Upper classmen all over the place, and Calvin Johnson is one of the top receivers in the nation. PJ Daniels will be one of the top rushers in the nation as well. GT 24-Auburn 21 :)
