OK, let's make it official. What are your predictions for Georgia's record this year?

I said "10-1" because I think UGA wins the East.

I said 8-3. They could do as good as 9-2 or as bad as 7-4.

That makes it official you now have stated that you think the #3 team in both divisions will win those divisions..
I see a pattern here..

I said Bama could do it. I said Georgia will do it. UT's schedule is too brutal and UF has a new head coach and can Chris Leak take the pounding he's going to receive running the spread option?
I voted for Bama because I'm a homer and I have nothing to lose by picking that way.
Voting for UGA is who I really think is going to win the East.

Losses to Tennessee, Florida, and Auburn give you an 8-3 season.

8-3 the loss to S.Car will be an extremly close one, but turnovers cost UGA the game.

I voted 10-1
I think they beat UT no problem.
I'm glad Auburn faces them after the big game in Jacksonville.
....there could be somewhat of a letdown after that one.
Regardless, early on I'm leaning towards them to win the East.

After Georgia's great showing against Boise State and the maturing of D. J. Shockley, I would like to revise my prediction. I now think UGA will go 10-1, beating Auburn handily and losing one to either Florida (likely) or Tennessee (unlikely). If they do make it to the SEC Championship Game, they will lose big to LSU; payback, you know.

Jerrybeeds said 9-2. After seeing UT play I think 10-1 is more likely. UF just seems to have their number every year.

8-3 for the Dawgs. Possibly 9-2. I will know better after Saturday. It's hard to make predictions after one game. Long way to go in the season for everybody.
