All three, Russell, Perrilloux, and Flynn, are looking very good. Miles has said that it might be the Thursday before the first game before he makes his final decision. The receivers, especially Skylar Green, have had good comments about all three. He commented that JaMarcus was making really good reads and putting the ball right where only the receiver could get it. In Saturday's scrimmage, Perrilloux was 7-7 and one touchdown to Bennie Brazzell (who is a fast track-man speedster). Perrilloux has become very humble and has been well received by the team. Everyone seems to get along well with all three QBs. Matt Flynn is very cerebral and is making excellent throws, too. He will be an excellent back-up. Both JaMarcus and Perrilloux have extremely strong and accurate throwing arms. Both can put it on a tight line for 40 yards. I suspect that if it stays very close, Russell will get the call. It would take a really unusual showing for Perrilloux or Flynn to become the starter, IMO.
