New LSU Coach Les Miles, when asked by a reporter at SEC Media Days if he had ever been around as much talent as he's found at LSU, replied,
"I have been around this much talent, and we won the Eastern Division championship with the Cowboys," Miles said.
"The Oklahoma State Cowboys?" a reporter asked.
"Dallas Cowboys," Miles said.

Miles:
"I'm awfully excited about every campaign, to be honest with you, but this one is special. I think, honestly, considering I haven't taken the field with this team, and this is a talented football team, we're fixin' to get after some folks; yeah, I'm fired up."

Well, recruits certainly seem to like him. I can't wait to see what he can do.

I'm sure he will do fine. I have heard that he is a negative recruiter however.

I don't know what you mean by negative recruiter; perhaps that he knocks competing schools? I don't know. Never heard that. What is happening, though, is that he is being very successful at attracting verbal commitments from outstanding prospects, both in Louisiana and around the country. I am cautiously optimistic about Miles, even to the point that he might actually outdo Saban. I say that because of his proclivity toward offense. Saban, I think, often restricted OC Jimbo Fisher to conservative play calling. Miles and Fisher together will likely open it up full throttle. I realize they haven't played a down yet, but I have to go on what I see and hear, and that leads to my optimism. (That... plus my homerism. Ha-Ha)

He better....anything less than the SEC West title and the clock starts ticking.

Better than Saban, Tigerland does not get how great Saban was for your program. I understand homerism, but this is a whole new level ;) :D
