Funny thing is, nothing is going to happen to the men's program, but the football and women's basketball teams are taking scholarship hits while not even being in the article.

Roy Williams is not a cheater. He gave gifts to players that had graduated. It's not like he paid players to go to Kansas. It was an ignorant move, but he is not a cheater.
