I'm ready to just play the games. Let our boys strap 'em up and slobber knock each other for 60 minutes and see what happens when the dust is settled. I'm ready for some football. 52 days and I don't think I can take it much longer.

Yeah, Geaux seems to think that LSU is going to the Rose Bowl. I say that is a long way for the Tigers to fly to watch UT play.

The Rose is a tall order. I would be slap-happy if someone told me the Vols won the SEC and was headed to the Sugar!

Yeah this is going to be an exciting season...but they all are when you're a fan of an SEC school. Even the games UGA isnt playing in I love to watch. Especially all the big rival games, which are so many...start the count down baby!!!

Neo, that would be a pretty cool idea for the site...a countdown to the first SEC game...just a thought.

i just got some great news today too....i got my exam schedule for the fall. i think i'll be able to make it to the central florida, alabama and florida games this year....sadly it looks like that the clemson game will probably not be possible, but i'm sure it'll be on tv at least.

At the top, it has a counter. But I'm pretty sure thats the UT opener against UAB.

Sept. 1st is the first day for SEC football is Sept. 1st (i think). Carolina vs UCF, and Vanderbelt vs Wake Forest. I dunno which ones first, though.

You dont know how many people are counting the days in Columbia! With all the bullcrap about the NCAA violations, players being retarded, and the debut of the greatest college of all time.Were counting down the seconds to play an 0-11 team for goodness sakes!!!!!!!!
