Akeem Hebron from Gaithersburg, MD committed to Georgia today. Akeem is a WLB who is rated #7 at his position and #73 in the Rivals100. Very good pickup for the Dawgs. :D

Well, there are 4 of them.

The highest rated one is LB/S Marcus Ball. He is definetly going out of state. He is a long shot to qualify at best.

The next highest rated is DE Jermaine Cunningham. He seems to like everyone right now. He has like a top 10 right now. Nobody knows where he is leaning.

Then you have LB Perry Riley. He named UGA as his leader about a month ago. That is the latest on him.

After those 3 you have another LB in Kelvin Sheppard. He did not have an offer from UGA until this past weekend where he worked out in front of UGA coaches at our elite senior camp. We are now in his top 5 with some other teams.

Thanks Silver, I know UT has been looking at all of the linebackers and I'm sure the DE as well. Ball might be a Hargrave guy who a team has to wait a year on. That would be fine by me as those guys always come in more ready for the grind of college football. I was hoping Perry would remain open, but it is hard to get a georgia boy who is a georgia lean.

Ball might even have to go to Juco. I have heard his grades are in bad shape.
