I think WR Anthony Brown's move to defensive end is gonna surprise some people. I think Desmond Sims might turn out to be the stud of the defense. Look at it this way: When Reggie Herring got to NCst he converted two linebackers to defensive end. Both were considered way undersized. NCst's leader in sacks last year was one of these converted defensive ends, he recorded 7 sacks....he was listed at 6'5" 220lbs. Anthony Brown is 6'6" 225lbs....a little bigger and he has one thing this guy didn't have.....track star speed. Brown runs a 4.4. NCst's defense went from 86th nationally to 1st nationally. If Arkansas can do half of that....he did a great job.

I forgot about Marcus Harrison from DE to DT...not a very far move.

I am also excited about Anthony Brown's move.
Actually, I like all the moves :)
I just can't wait to see us fast and aggressive, as opposed to the bend but don't break style we played last year.
yeah yeah i know, it was bend and then break last year.

I'm anxious to see as well. I love the position moves. Herring didn't waste any time either, he did it immediately so these guys would have spring ball, summer and preaseason practices to be ready, and they should be. I think our defense will be VASTLY improved (Although it's hard not to improve after Wommack). I know this : You're going to have a tough time finding a defense that is as fast as Arkansas, especially on the defensive line.

I just hope we can get a few more sacks this year. With the exception of Huckeba, nobody had more than 1 or 2 sacks....absolutely no pressure. We only had 13 sacks last year....pitiful.
